Project Description

Levi Hastings

Appearing: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday

I’m an illustrator, cartoonist and visual artist in Seattle. My work reflects lifelong obsessions with natural science, travel, history and Queer culture.

I work with clients ranging from HBO, Absolut, Buzzfeed, and The Nib to small independent businesses and publishers. I’ve been published in a wide range of outlets, from regional papers like The Stranger to national periodicals like The Washington Post Magazine.

I’m currently illustrating Spirit of Springer, an nonfiction children’s book about an orphaned Orca. This uplifting true story of a rehabilitated whale reunited her pod was written by Amanda Abler and scheduled to be published by Sasquatch Press in Spring 2020.

I exhibit frequently at comic conventions, art & design festivals and galleries around the country.
