Badges are your ticket to the event! From badge on sale through July 17, you have the mega-convenient option of getting your badge shipped to your home!

• Badges will not be mailed out immediately after purchase; all badges are mailed out in late July/early August after the Mailing Deadline
• We cannot ship badges internationally, which includes Canada and Mexico, or to territories outside the domestic United States
• After July 17, 2026, badges will no longer be eligible for shipping
• Badges are like cash and cannot be replaced—so don’t lose them!

In lieu of shipping, you may pick up your order:

• At a participating retailer starting July 24, 2026. Learn more here!
• At the Oregon Convention Center — Registration opens at 11:00 AM on Friday and 8:00 AM on Saturday and Sunday (times subject to change)

Press, Pro, Programming/Panelist, Guest, and any other non-attendee badges and complimentary badges (such as those won through contests) are not eligible for early retailer pickup.

Get the best view in the house—guaranteed! Limited to just 30 spots, a Club Rose Membership comes with all the perks of a Fast Pass and more! Claim a RESERVED SEAT in the first two rows for all Main Stage panels and special ticketed events, plus:

2026 Club Rose members will also have first access to Club Rose membership in 2027, including the option to keep or swap their seat with a renewal before December 31. Membership perks can be used by the member only and are not transferable to anyone, including children, spouses, etc.

— CHILD BADGE

We happily welcome fans of all ages. Each Child Badge is valid for children ages 3 – 12 years old and includes admission to all three days of Rose City Comic Con.

• Children under 13 must be accompanied by an adult
• We recommend that anyone under 18 attend with an adult

Our goal is to create a safe and fun experience for every guest so they can enjoy everything Rose City Comic Con has to offer.

Active military personnel and veterans are eligible for $5 off per badge with a valid military or veteran ID. To receive the code, please email us from your military email address or email us a photo of an ID indicating your military status. [Valid for 3 Day, single day, and Child badges only]. Code does not apply to Early Bird pricing.

All badge sales are final with no refunds or cancellations available.

Please note that all guests are subject to cancel their appearance and/or change their availability due to professional commitments. Up-to-date schedule changes will be posted on the website and social media channels during the event, should any arise.

• Items may be shipped separately from badges, but will arrive in time for Rose City Comic Con
• Vintage merchandise ordered before July 17, 2026, will be shipped within 2-3 weeks of your order. Vintage merch is not shipped internationally or to territories outside the domestic US. If you have a mailing address outside the US, you must pick up your vintage merch on-site (badge required).
• All other 2026 RCCC merchandise (or any merchandise purchased after July 17, 2026) will be available for pickup on-site at the official RCCC Merch booth.
