PortLUG is Portland’s official community for Adult Fans of LEGO (AFOLs). LEGO is ART at Rose City Comic Con! PortLUG is excited to come back and display all of their incredible builds. Have you ever wanted to play with a lightsaber and look like the Jedi or Sith from the movies? Maybe you have a lightsaber and want to know how to wield it with style? Come join us as we teach the basics of how to look good handling a lightsaber and how to choreograph your own stage fights!

Saber Guild is a not-for-profit organization that does Star Wars costuming and choreographed stage fighting performances for charity.

This class is for ages 18+ (persons 13-17 may participate with an adult parent/guardian). Students may use their own lightsabers as long as the blade is heavy-duty duel ready. Lightsabers will be provided for those who need one.

They’re back! Off the Wall Drag is a troupe of fantastically nerdy and passionate performers excited to share their (and hopefully your) niche interests through unique, silly, dramatic, and dragtastic numbers and skits. Whether you’re a comic fan or a weeb, they’ve probably got it covered! Think Spike from Buffy performing My Way, Astarion selling it to Poison, Aragorn Belonging to the City, Emma Frost giving Fabulous, and maybe even the Machine Herald going for a JOYRIDE 😉 Come celebrate the intersection of geekdom and drag! Daryl and Dragons Adventure is a comedic role playing adventure where the audience will help guide the hero to the glory of victory. Daryl the Destroying Druid has a problem. He’s answered the call to adventure but isn’t sure where to start; so he’s come in search of assistance. Daryl will solicit ideas from the audience for completing his mission and the game master will help guide you through the successes and failures of those ideas. Daryl and Dragons Adventure is role playing (think Dungeons and Dragons) like you’ve never seen it before.
