PORTLAND’S PREMIER POP CULTURE EVENT, Rose City Comic Con is produced locally with a focus on creating a fun and friendly event for everyone! While our primary focus is comics, comic creators, and the creative process, Rose City Comic Con also provides access to gaming, sci-fi, cosplay, anime, fantasy, and everything in between. Our goal is to provide you with a rewarding, fun, and family-friendly event experience.

BADGE INFO
Rose City Comic Con badges are your ticket to the event! Between December 1, 2024 and July 11, 2025, you have the mega-convenient option of getting your badge order shipped to your door.
- Badges will not be mailed out immediately after purchase; all badges are mailed out in late July/early August after the Mailing Deadline
- We do not ship badges Internationally, which includes Canada and Mexico, or to territories outside the domestic United States
- After July 11, 2025, badges will no longer be eligible for shipping
- Badges are like cash and cannot be replaced—so don’t lose them!
In lieu of shipping, you may choose to pick up your order:

- At the Oregon Convention Center — Registration opens at 11:30 AM on Friday and 8:30 AM on Saturday and Sunday (times subject to change)

We happily welcome fans of all ages. Each Kids Jr. Badge is valid for children ages 3 – 10 years old and includes admission to all three days of Rose City Comic Con.
- Children under 11 must be accompanied by an adult
- We recommend anyone under 18 attend with an adult
Our goal is to create a safe and fun experience for every guest so they can enjoy everything Rose City Comic Con has to offer.

- Sunday, July 11 – Last day to purchase badges or official merch and opt-in to have them mailed
- Friday, August 29 – Last day to purchase badges at Standard pricing — buy on or before this date to save!
- Wednesday, September 3 – Last day to purchase Club Rose, Fast Pass, and Premium badges
- Wednesday, September 3 – Last day to pre-order official Rose City Comic Con merch
If you choose not to have your badges shipped but still want them early so you can skip the registration line or participate in the Passport Program, you have the option of picking up them up at a local retailer! Retailer pickup begins after the Mailing Deadline on July 25, 2025. Simply bring your Leap confirmation email to a participating business to have your QR code scanned and get your badges on the spot!

Please note all guests are subject to cancel and/or change their availability due to professional commitments. Up-to-date schedule changes will be posted on the website and social media channels during the show should any arise.

- The official 2025 t-shirt and lanyard are eligible for shipping if you purchase prior to the July 11th Mailing Deadline and opt-in for shipping.
- Items may be shipped separately from badges but will arrive in time for Rose City Comic Con
- Vintage merchandise ordered before August 15 will be shipped within 2-3 of your order. Vintage merch is not shipped internationally or to territories outside the domestic US. If you have a mailing address outside the US, you must pick up your vintage merch on-site (badge required).
- All other 2025 RCCC merchandise (or any merchandise purchased after July 11) will be available for pickup on-site at the official RCCC Merch booth.

A NOTE ABOUT AUTOGRAPHS, PHOTO OPS, Q&A SESSIONS & FAST PASS/PREMIUM PASS HOLDERS
Rose City Comic Con’s celebrity guests generally spend time signing autographs at their booth, attending scheduled photo op sessions, and doing Q&A sessions with fans.
Autographs, photo ops, and Q&A session attendance are not exclusive to Fast Pass and Premium Pass holders. Attendees with general single day and three day badges also have the opportunity to take part in autographs, photo ops, and Q&A sessions. Autographs will be available for sale in the Celebrity Autograph area in the Exhibit Hall. Some autographs may be available to purchase in advance. Photo ops will be available for sale both on-site and in advance. Celebrity guest Q&A sessions are open to all attendees and take place in large rooms. It’s possible those rooms could fill up to capacity for our most popular celebrity guests, so plan to arrive early.
