PROFESSIONAL BADGE APPLICATION

Rose City Comic Con welcomes professionals across the full spectrum of the comics and entertainment industries to apply for Professional Badges at a discounted price of $35. Professional badges are good for entry to RCCC during all public hours.

Please note, Professional Badges do not guarantee seating and do not include admission into any ticketed events. Special Event tickets must be purchased separately.

HOW TO APPLY

Please complete the form in its entirety and understand that simply submitting this form does not guarantee you a Professional Badge. It is only after this full form is received, reviewed, and approved that a Professional Badge will be issued. Incomplete applications will not be approved.

USING YOUR PROFESSIONAL BADGE

Each Professional Badge is issued individually and non-transferable. Only one Professional Badge is provided for each application. You may not loan or sell your Professional Badge, and any individuals conducting such behavior will be disqualified from Professional Badges at future RCCC events.

YOU MUST REGISTER ONLINE. THERE IS NO PROFESSIONAL REGISTRATION ONSITE.

  • Access to Rose City Comic Con’s Exhibit Hall before the general public each morning
  • Guaranteed seating for any panel or event
  • Guaranteed guest autographs
  • Front-of-line access to any panel, autograph session, or special event
  • Access to any event that requires an additional ticket

PRO REG TIMELINE

Interested professionals must complete our Professional badge application by August 14th, 2026. Badges will be approved on a rolling basis.

If the dates below are marked in red, all applicants that submitted applications in that time frame, should have already received a reply to their status. If you have not heard back, and submitted an application by the specified apply by date, please double check your spam folder and then reach out to [email protected] for more assistance.

PRO REG INFORMATION

You will receive an email stating whether your application is approved or not based on the date of your complete application submission and the able above. If approved, you must complete your Professional Badge registration and purchase your badge with the link included in this email. If you do not complete this registration link, you will not be registered for Rose City Comic Con and be unable to attend.

ONLINE APPLICATIONS ONLY

There will be NO onsite Professional Badge registration. You MUST apply online and fully complete the application. Incomplete applications will not be reviewed. It is only after your application is reviewed and approved that a Professional Badge will be issued.

HOW TO APPLY FOR MULTIPLE BADGES

Please ONLY apply for your own Professional Badge. If you seek Professional Badges for additional members of your team, each must apply for their own Professional Badges. Multiple Professional Badges cannot be reserved with the same email address. Each member of your team must apply with their own email.

PROFESSIONAL BADGES WILL NOT BE MAILED AND MUST BE PICKED UP ONSITE AT Rose City Comic Con.

Rose City Comic Con reserves the right to approve or deny all applications, and all Rose City Comic Con decisions are final. Professional Badges are non-transferable. You may not loan or sell your Professional Badge, and any individuals conducting such behavior will be disqualified from Professional Badges at all future RCCC events.
