We can’t wait to see you at Rose City Comic Con 2026! Please read through the following information so that you’re up to date on what to expect!

Orders with CHAP donations are ineligible for AfterPay. If you used AfterPay and would still like to make a donation, you can do so here.

If you requested a TriMet Pass with your purchase, please be aware of the following:

  • Passes are valid for use on Rose City Comic Con weekend ONLY, from Thursday, September 10th through Sunday, September 13th
  • Passes are unlimited across those four days, so only 1 pass per person is needed for rides the whole weekend
  • Passes may be used on the MAX line, Streetcar, and/or bus
  • Limit of one (1) TriMet pass per badge purchase, up to a maximum of four (4). Excess TriMet pass claims (ie: 4 TriMet passes in an order with 2 badges) will be canceled.
  • TriMet claims in orders without badges will be canceled.
  • If you opted to have your badge shipped, your TriMet pass will be shipped with your badge. If you opt for on-site or Retailer Pickup, you will need to pick up your TriMet pass on-site at Registration starting September 11th. TriMet passes are not eligible for Retailer Pickup.

BADGE INFORMATION

Badges purchased prior to Friday, July 17th will have the option of being picked up at Rose City Comic Con Registration, from one of our retail partners [while supplies last] or shipped with tracking for an additional $12 fee if the shipping option is selected prior to checkout. Badges purchased starting Saturday, July 18th must be picked up Rose City Comic Con Registration for from one of our retail partners.

We do not ship badges Internationally, which includes Canada and Mexico, or to territories outside the domestic United States. If you are an international fan or reside in a territory outside the domestic US, your badge will need to be picked up — see below more more badge pick up details.

All badge sales are final with no refunds or cancellations available.

The QR code is not sufficient for entry; a physical badge is required. If you opted to have your badge shipped, they will begin shipping in late July or early August. BADGES ARE NOT SHIPPED IMMEDIATELY.

Badges not shipped in advance have two options for pick-up. 1) at the Will Call table in Rose City Comic Con Registration or 2) at one of our retail partner locations. Locations will be announced and can be found on our website date TBA.

Please keep your badge in a safe place once you receive it. Badges that are lost or stolen cannot be replaced.

MERCHANDISE INFORMATION

Ordered merch? If you opted to have your 2026 Official Shirt or Lanyard shipped it will be shipped in late July or early August.

Vintage merch ordered before July 17th with shipping selected will be shipped separately within 2-3 weeks of your purchase.

All other merch (including those purchased without shipping) must be picked up on-site from the official Rose City Comic Con merch booth during the show (a badge is required). Unclaimed merch will not be shipped or refunded.

All merch sales are final with no refunds available.
