The perks of being approved as a Content Creator include:

• Two (2) 3 Day badges to RCCC (up to a $250 value)
• A $3 commission for every badge purchased using your affiliate link*
• Possible additional opportunities with Rose City Comic Con (as needed)
  • Participating in TikToks with the RCCC Marketing Team on-site
  • Social media collaboration posts and/or takeovers
  • Afterparty Host/Guest opportunities

THERE ARE REQUIREMENTS TO APPLY

Please do not apply for a Content Creator badge if you do not meet the requirements below:

• You must create content that is relevant to the pop culture industry, including but not limited to comics, television, movies, anime, books, video gaming, tabletop gaming, cosplay, toys and collectibles, etc…
• You must meet one or more of the minimum follower/subscriber counts:
  • Instagram: 10k followers
  • TikTok: 50k followers
  • Twitter/X: 10k followers
  • Bluesky: 5k followers
  • Threads: 5k followers
  • YouTube: 10k subscribers

Note: We will also be taking your level of engagement into consideration

YOUR CONTENT CREATOR BADGE HAS RULES

• Your Content Creator badge allows complimentary access during all public hours
• Your Content Creator badge does NOT allow early access or special access
• Your Content Creator badge does NOT allow you access to the guest green room
• Your Content Creator badge does NOT allow you to cut lines
• Your Content Creator badge does NOT guarantee you seats
• Your Content Creator badge does NOT guarantee you autographs or free perks from guests

Everyone attending RCCC with a Content Creator badge MUST follow all Rose City Comic Con policies – including our anti-harassment rules.

YOUR CONTENT CREATOR BADGE IS YOURS

Content Creator badges are nontransferable. You may not loan or sell your Content Creator badge. Anyone conducting such behavior will have their Content Creator badge revoked and will be disqualified from receiving Content Creator badges at future RCCC events.

YOUR CONTENT CREATOR BADGE DOES NOT GUARANTEE INTERVIEWS

If you’d like to speak with an invited guest, please contact [email protected] with a request prior to the show but after your Content Creator badges have been approved. Interviews with talent cannot be guaranteed at the event. All our guests have approved schedules, and on-site requests are very difficult to fulfill.

YOUR SOCIAL MEDIA POSTS

Accepting an RCCC Content Creator badge gives LeftField Media the right to post, re-post, and create new user-generated content using any RCCC-related content you post on your social media accounts beginning at acceptance and lasting for the period of one (1) year.

In return, LeftField Media agrees to use this content solely for the purposes of promoting RCCC and bringing awareness to pop culture-related events throughout the year (such as a film release, a celebrity birthday, or other major event).

LeftField Media will never use your posts to bring attention to anything negative or controversial, as we do not glorify or highlight things of this nature on our channels.

AFFILIATE LINK INFO

Affiliate links will be sent to each Content Creator once your application is approved. LeftField Media will pay out $3 per badge sold to Rose City Comic Con using your affiliate link. Payouts will be issued within one (1) month post-show as long as the approved Content Creator has provided their W-9 and Direct Deposit information. LeftField Media will request a W-9 and Direct Deposit information upon your approval as a Contact Creator.

*Please note: $30 minimum threshold must be met to receive the payout. (10 badges of any type sold)

Content Creators who sell at least five (5) badges (but fewer than 10) will earn a Rose City Comic Con official merch credit for 2026.

If fewer than five (5) badges are sold, no payment or credit will be issued

Payouts are for the approved Content Creator only and will not be split between the Content Creator and an assistant.

CONTENT CREATOR TIMELINE

The deadline to apply is Tuesday, July 7, 2026 @ 11:59 PM PT. Content Creators will be notified via email if they have been selected, denied, or waitlisted by Friday, July 31, 2026.
