Programming Application

Rose City Comic Con is Portland's premier pop culture event, and it is taking place September 5-7, 2025 at the Oregon Convention Center. Are you passionate about comics, gaming, anime, movies, science fiction, fantasy, cosplay, and all things pop culture? Do you love sharing your knowledge and passion with others? We're looking for interesting, fun, interactive, original, and diverse programming for Rose City Comic Con and would love to involve you!

DEADLINE: All applications must be submitted by June 17, 2025. Applicants will be notified by July 10, 2025 of their application status.

About You

Please provide us with a point of contact for your panel. This person will receive all communication in regards to your program. This person will be responsible for notifying other panelists of important information sent out throughout the application process and in the lead up to the show. THIS PERSON MUST BE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OLD.

Your Panelists

How many panelists total will be participating in your program?(Required)
An approved Rose City Comic Con panel comes with up to 6 Pro badges for you and your panelists. These badges are only for those people actually participating in the program. If you need more than 6 badges, up to 6 additional Pro badges can be purchased for $30 per badge, but your request must be submitted via email to [email protected] 4 weeks before the show

Special Requests and Agreements

Please note that we will do our best to honor these requests, but it is not guaranteed. It is always a good idea to check the Panelist Manual for your room setup and AV information at least 2 weeks pre-show.
Panelist Agreements(Required)
I understand that I will be responsible for reviewing my room setup and AV details via the 2025 Panelist Manual which will be sent to me if my program is approved. I understand that I must request any special AV needs at least 6 weeks before the show - and that special requests are not guaranteed. I understand that I should arrive to my program at least 15 minutes ahead of time and request AV assistance as soon as possible if I am unsure about how to hook up to the projector or mics. I understand that Rose City Comic Con does not pay panelist speaking or appearance fees nor does it cover panelist travel, lodging, or meals. I agree that if accepted as a panelist, I will abide by all Rose City Comic Con's policies. I understand that, if accepted, Rose City Comic Con reserves the right to adjust the time and/or location of my programming at any time. I understand that, if accepted, previously purchased fan badges will not be refunded.
Panelist Badge Agreement(Required)
I understand that I will be sent a "digital voucher" valid for all of the badges needed for me and my panelists, in the form of a QR code. I will notify [email protected] if the number of badges I need changes at least 4 weeks before the show. You will be responsible for picking up all of your Panelists' badges and distributing them. If you want your panelists to have their badge QR codes sent to them individually, please email your request to [email protected] by 4 weeks to the show.
