CRITICAL ROLE SPOTLIGHT

Critical Role will hold a reservation-only panel at the Main Stage on Saturday at 10:15 AM PT. Only fans with confirmed Reservation tickets will be permitted into the panel room. Fans with confirmed Standby tickets may be permitted into the room on a first-come-first-serve basis if space is available.

Both Reservation and Standby tickets have already been distributed. If you do not already have one of these reservations, unfortunately, you will not be able to attend the Critical Role Spotlight panel at RCCC.

Standby tickets cancelled before September 20th will be returned to inventory and immediately available for fans to claim. Instructions on how to claim them can be found here. Please note that we cannot claim them for you.

There will be no additional Standby onsite.

ONSITE QUEUING INFORMATION

The information below applies only to fans with a confirmed Reservation or a confirmed Standby ticket.

If you did not get your badges mailed or were not able to pick them up locally, you will need to visit Registration first. Only fans with badges (as well as Confirmed Reservation tickets) will be allowed into the Main Stage panel room.

You should then head to the third floor where the Main Stage panel room is located. There will be Staff, Crew, and signs directing you where to go. Once upstairs, two queues will be formed, one for Confirmed Reservation ticket holders and one for Standby ticket holders.

If you have a Confirmed Reservation ticket, please be prepared to present the GrowTix QR code from your badge confirmation email as this will be scanned at the panel room entrance. Once scanned, you will be allowed into the panel room on a first-come-first-serve basis. Please arrive with your entire party as we will be asking fans to fill in every available seat to ensure as many Critters as possible can attend.

AGAIN, WE CAN NOT GUARATENEE SEATING AFTER 10:00 AM EVEN IF YOU HAVE A CONFIRMED RESERVATION SO PLEASE PLAN AHEAD. If you are in a line outside and it seems like you might not make it inside by 10:00 AM, please speak to a Staff member for assistance.

If you have a Standby ticket, please know you are not guaranteed entry into the panel room and will only be admitted if there is capacity remaining at 10:05 AM. At that time, fans with Standby tickets will be let in at a first-come-first-serve basis. There is no non-ticketed Standby line.

10:05 AM – At this time, if there is capacity remaining in the Main Stage panel room, individuals with Standby tickets will be allowed into the room on a first-come-first-serve basis.

FAQS

Critical Role has had a massive impact on Rose City Comic Con 2023 and we are well aware that many of you are coming because they are guests of the show. Having said this, we want to ensure all events around Critical Role are handled in a safe and organized fashion. The capacity of the Main Stage panel room is approximately 2000 people and anything beyond that is not only unsafe but illegal per Fire Marshal regulations.

Large crowds outside the Main Stage panel room can also cause unsafe conditions. By implementing a reservation system, we hope to mitigate this and make as many Critters happy as we safely can!

Every individual over the age of 2 who wishes to attend the Critical Role Spotlight panel must have a reservation—including minors. No one over the age of 2 will be permitted into the Main Stage panel room without a reservation.

Children ages 0-2 who are too young for a paid badge may sit on your lap.

The Standby line is for individuals with Standby tickets ONLY. Standby tickets were distributed ahead of time via GrowTix. There will be no additional standby onsite.

On the Saturday morning of the panel, at 10:05 AM, if there are seats remaining in the Main Stage panel room, fans on the Standby line will be let in on a first-come-first-serve basis.

Since Staff and Crew will begin filling the Main Stage panel room as soon as the building opens to the public, there is no separate ADA line. All fans with Confirmed Reservation tickets will be admitted on a first-come-first-serve basis.

Once you arrive, if you already have your Rose City Comic Con badge, Staff and Crew will direct you to the elevator which will bring you to the Main Stage panel room.

Fans with Accessibility bracelets (who also have a Confirmed Reservation ticket) are the only individuals permitted to sit in designated ADA seating, however, you are not required to choose these seats. For more information on how to acquire an Accessibility bracelet, please click here.

If you have a Standby ticket, there will be limited seating available in the Standby line for fans with Accessibility bracelets to rest while waiting. ADA seating is not guaranteed for Standby ticket holders.

We’re sorry, but reservations/standby tickets are distributed on a first-come-first-serve basis.

If your child does not have a Confirmed Reservation ticket, you are responsible for ensuring they have supervision outside the Main Stage panel room as they will not be able to come inside with you.

Children ages 0-2 who are too young for a paid badge may sit on your lap.

You will need to present QR code in the GrowTix badge confirmation email to enter the Main Stage panel room as your Confirmed Reservation is attached to it. If you do not have a copy of the email with the QR code, you will need to contact the person who bought your badges and ask them to forward you one.

If they cannot find their email, they can contact [email protected] from the email address that was used to purchase the badge and it can be re-sent to them.

Plan ahead—inquiries sent during show hours may not be answered in time as all our Staff is onsite.

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee this. If you want to sit together, you will need to be with your entire party when you arrive. Saving seats will not be permitted and Rose City Comic Con Staff will be condensing fans to ensure as many Critters can enjoy the panel as possible.

No. Saving seats will not be permitted and Rose City Comic Con Staff will be condensing fans to ensure as many Critters can enjoy the panel as possible.

You are, of course, allowed to leave to use the restroom, but please speak to a Crew or Staff member as you exit so they can give you a re-entry ticket. Do not lose this ticket as you may not be allowed to re-enter without it. The QR code that was scanned will not allow for re-entry.

Yes! You can cancel your reservation/standby ticket by logging into your GrowTix account online or by accessing it via your confirmation email and clicking the red X next to the panel on your itinerary, followed by the red REMOVE button.

Sorry! We are unable to re-add reservations/standby tickets if they have all been claimed.

Yes! A cancelled reservation will mean someone in the Standby line will be able to enjoy the panel.

Reservations cancelled before September 20th will be randomly assigned to a fan with a standby ticket. Their standby ticket will then be cancelled and put back into the inventory for another fan to claim.

Should a fan decide to cancel their standby ticket on their own, it will immediately become available for another fan to claim in Growtix.

Unfortunately, once the room hits capacity we cannot allow more people into the room, even if someone leaves. With a crowd of over 2000 people, the logistical challenge of finding and filling abandoned seats is too difficult and is also distracting to those watching the panel.
